Comme il fallait s’y attendre, la d\u00e9cision prise l’an dernier par le gouvernement des Pays-Bas qui visait \u00e0 limiter le nombre de mouvement annuels sur la plateforme a\u00e9roportuaire d’Amsterdam a \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9e en justice par certaines compagnies a\u00e9riennes dont font partie Delta, EasyJet et KLM.<\/p>\n

Un verdict rendu ce mercredi 5 avril leur a donn\u00e9 raison en s’opposant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des vols d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e, le tribunal de Haarlem jugeant que l’ex\u00e9cutif \u00ab\u00a0n’avait pas suivi la bonne proc\u00e9dure … et avait enfreint les r\u00e8gles de l’Union europ\u00e9enne \u00a0\u00bb mais a toutefois valid\u00e9 la seconde partie du plan gouvernemental, concernant la future limitation \u00e0 440.000 vols par an d’ici \u00e0 2025.<\/p>\n

D’autre part, et de mani\u00e8re quelque peu paradoxale, l\u2019a\u00e9roport d\u2019Amsterdam – Schiphol avait annonc\u00e9 la veille l\u2019interdiction prochaine des vols de nuit et des jets priv\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et les nuisances sonores d’ici 2025 – 2026 et ce pour \u00abdevenir plus silencieux et plus propre\u00bb.<\/p>\n

A noter aussi l’article sur le site BFM TV<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 qui mentionne la d\u00e9cision prise par l’a\u00e9roport de Schiphol de renoncer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d’une nouvelle piste, et donc de stopper son d\u00e9veloppement physique.\u00a0<\/p>\n
